We are both incredibly passionate about supporting couples to navigate moments of missed connections and create more closeness because of how much relationships matter to us.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) are the two guiding principles in the work we share.
Fun fact: We both love (indoor for now) rock climbing!

It will be served both in-person and online via Zoom. - What's the cost?$300 per person // $600 per couple
- What can I expect to gain from this?You can expect to gain a LOT! But here's a little snippet:
You'll learn communication skills to help you talk with your partner about things they've done you don't like without blaming them. You'll gain tools to maximize your chances of being heard when talking about your feelings and needs, while minimizing reactivity. You'll level up your ability to make clear requests and get more of what you want.
You'll also deepen your capacity to stay connected while going through conflict, strengthen the bond of your connection, and quite possibly learn new things about yourself and your partner! - Do I have to have a partner?While we encourage you to bring your partner if you have one, the workshop is open to everyone!
You can bring a sibling, a parent, or a friend – or even fly solo.
